Premiered another edition of our May 2026 road trip to Missouri. This one had everything to do with President Harry S. Truman. We visited his home and Presidential library & Museum in Independence, Missouri. Additionally, we walked the grounds of the truman family farm in grandview, Missouri and his birth home in Lamar, Missouri. Everywhere he made a significant mark is protected by the state.

Sold a clock and a lot of five Look Magazines on etsy. Also, a pair of gun loading books on one listing on ebay. All packed up and I’ll drop off at the post office tomorrow.

We did the same hospice visits as yesterday. We were done by 11:00 a.m. Afterwards, took down the trash and practiced painting. Cool day, no rain, trees along the roads are vibrant with changing color. Fall can be the best time of year with blue skies, cool fresh air, and color all around. I’ve heard people say it’s their favorite season. I like all four for various reasons. I may favor fall. Then we enter the holidays.
