I tell you, he postal person didn’t come here yesterday and I needed to get a package out. The package held six Popular Mechanics magazines from 1962 as bought on ebay. As a result I took the package to the Mill Creek post office. I do not stand in line. In most post offices there is a large stainless steel bin mounted on the wall. It’s large enough to handle most packages that I ship. If it doesn’t fit the bin it will probably go FedEx. I rarely or never stand in line at USPS. The bin has a handle that when pulled causes the bin to swivel. Once the package enter the bin, the handle is moved towards the walls side and the package disappears with a thud. I go to several post offices, whichever is convenient. In each post office I go to the bins get stuck and often you have to knock on the door to have an employee unstick the bin. I have once or twice finessed the bin to open.

After the package dropoff we dropped off diapers to the everett gospel mission headquarters. You park and walk in your donation and put them in a bin. The diapers came free from a lady advertising on facebook marketplace. I was going up to everett for a haircut and thought I would grab up the diapers and dropped them off. Turns out she got the diapers from everett. She saw them on the side of the road and picked them up to give them away. I met here in bothell at a park and she gave me the diapers. I let her know my intentions. Unfortunately, she didn’t respond until i was back from my haircut but that was ok. It took a few days to get back up there. Michele and I made a special trip then took the back way home along Highway 9.

The rest of the day was spent listing what I photographed yesterday. They included a small franklin mint music box, a hand painted plate from 1953, condiment dish from Pier 1 imports, a creamer from japan, silly pins and an earring, a small painting I picked up for 25 cents in Othello, Washington, and two miniature schlitz beer bottles that are salt and pepper shakers.

As a side, I did organize some smaller items in the shop. Also, I filled the bird bath using two plastic bottles filled with water from inside. Finally, I matched a box wrench to a bolt underneath the Honda Pilot. Tomorrow I plan to replace the dead fog lights. They take H11.
