Antique Seth Thomas Mantle clock
Afterwards I was working in the garage and remembered I said I check an old clock for someone on facebook Marketplace. This person wants me to give him the 100 year old seth thomas clock. I told him know twice and that I’d like to get $25 for it. I paid $1 incredibly at a garage sale of a single guy more interested in selling tools. This person messaged me from facebook marketplace. We go back and forth. Since the clock didn’t have a weight he wanted to look for a serial number. I said I’d do it. I’ve sold many antique clocks and they don’t come serialized, but i said I’d look. What I found was the weight at the base of the mantle clock. I send him a picture. He’s an hour away. The price is firm.
“Sea” Gulls along the sammamish river
This morning I took my twice a week walk along the sammamish river. The trail is approx 12 feet wide and follows the river. I’ve seen great blue herons, Cormorants, many ducks, and last week two otters. On Occasion I’ve seen gulls. Gulls do come to inland waterways. I’ve heard that there is no such thing as “sea” gulls, just gulls.
