Written while attending foster classes again

Behold my family tree
Waving to the sky, moved by the breeze

A place for aunts and uncles
And many other peoples

This tree represents my family
It reveals my genealogy

The branches are the various marriages
A study of my ancient heritages

It all stems from the original two
And grew into a large multitude

So we all have the same roots
The common denominator for our group

Some are green, some are yellow
One is a girl, one is a fellow

I look around and most are gone
But this is where I belong
